Our aim is to provide better services and better interaction with teachers, depending on the beneficiary’s line of interest for which we take the help of back end applications. In case of payments via credit or debit card, we will redirect you to registered payment gateways such as Bill Desk, Cc Avenue, and other such registered gateways. We will not have access to any data you have saved like the card numbers, etc., on the payment gateway. These transaction are done through secured payment gateway providers. We store only the last 4 digits of the card in our servers.

We track the web pages, and information that has been accessed by you, and store it on our servers, whenever you use any of our paid services. This enables us to track items that you have completed, and those that you need to see.

21. Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts at Hyderabad, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with such matters. 

For settlement of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of these Terms and Conditions, and which require an Arbitration in India, has to be done before a sole Arbitrator mutually agreed and appointed by Apna Patshala and members. The Arbitration rules to be followed will be the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The award shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.
